Track Your Order
Your handcrafted pieces are on their way from our studio in Lucknow. Track your order in one of two ways below.
Option 1: I have my tracking number
Your tracking number is a 12-digit number (for example 374515486414) sent to you by SMS or email when your order is shipped. It is not your order number.
Option 2: I only have my order number
No problem! Enter your order number (for example 1064) and tap the button. WhatsApp will open with your order number filled in. Just press send and we’ll reply with your tracking link.
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is shown on the confirmation screen right after payment, and in any WhatsApp, SMS or email confirmation from Chaak Design. It looks like #1064.
Placed your order but no tracking number yet?
Every piece is handmade and packed with care, so it may take a little time before your order is shipped. You’ll receive your tracking number the moment it leaves our studio. Most orders within India are delivered in 4–8 business days after shipping.
